AI Statement

Innovation is one of our core values. We use technology where it makes the work better, and we are open about where it sits in our process.

AI is part of how we produce work at Beinc. It assists execution and production. It does not do the thinking. Every strategy, every concept and every creative direction we deliver originates with our team, and a named person edits and signs off everything before it reaches you.

This statement sets out how we use AI, what that means for your work, and the safeguards around your information.

Our principles

People do the thinking. Strategy, concepts and creative direction come from our designers, strategists and creatives. AI is never the source of an idea.

AI assists execution and production. It helps us move faster through the production of work once the direction is set.

A person reworks everything. Anything produced with AI assistance is significantly reworked by a member of our team before it is delivered or published. Generative imagery and design assets are production tools and are held to the same rule.

A named person signs off. Every deliverable carries a final edit and sign-off by a named member of the Beinc team. That person is accountable for it.

We stand behind what we deliver. AI tools can be wrong. We fact-check, edit and take full responsibility for everything we send you, however it was produced.

How we use AI

AI tools support our work in areas such as:

• research, summarisation and analysis
• transcription, note-taking and meeting summaries
• internal planning, scheduling and administration
• drafting and production of written work, once the direction is set by our team
• editing and quality checks for clarity, consistency and accuracy
• image, design and code production support

The thinking, the direction and the accountability sit with our team.

How we protect your information

Client material stays inside Beinc’s secure environment. It is not shared with or stored in AI systems outside that environment, it is not used to train AI models, and it is not sold, licensed or supplied to any third party for that purpose. AI tools used within our environment are configured so that inputs are not used to train the provider’s models.

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy (beinc.com.au/privacy-policy) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

How this sits with your agreement

Part G of our client Terms and Conditions sets out the binding position on AI, data, privacy and confidentiality. Those Terms form part of every proposal we issue and are included in full with it. Where this statement and the Terms differ, the Terms govern.

Ongoing review

AI moves quickly. We review our tools, our use of them and our safeguards regularly, and update this statement as our practice changes. Material updates are reflected in the version and date above.
