Love Lockets, an Australian jewellery brand founded by Hayley in 2012, needed a full rebranding and strategic overhaul to reflect its growth and global reach. At its peak, the brand had 12 stores and over 80 staff across Brisbane, with a growing customer base in over 130 countries. Our task was to refine their brand identity, elevate their product design, and modernise their online presence, while continuing to convey the meaningful and personal nature of their custom love lockets. We also provided support across social media, influencer partnerships, and manufacturing processes to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
